Payment Terms
Projects typically require a 50% upfront deposit with the remainder due on completion. Retainer services are billed monthly. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all deliverables created for their project. BlueVix Technologies retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
We keep all client information strictly confidential. We do not share project details, business information, or data with third parties without consent.
Limitation of Liability
BlueVix Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Valsad, Gujarat.
